Registration information

Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or by bank transfer. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is very easy to use, it is totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that participants may not only register for the symposium through www.easyconferences.org, but they can also book additional services at specially symposium negotiated rates. Furthermore, the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process periodically; participants may register for the symposium and return later to book further services (subject to availability).

 

Registration Steps

  • Create an "easyconferences" account through www.easyconferences.org 

  • Activate your account by clicking on the activation link sent to your email. If you have not received the email within a few minutes, please check your Spam / Junk folder. If you require assistance, please contact us at support@easyconferences.org

  • Log into www.easyconferences.org  and create your PROS 2020 registration order form.

  • Settle securely your order through the online credit card payment method.

Registration Fees - information coming soon

In 2021, the Symposium will run in a hybrid form – both face-to-face and online for anyone who does not want to or cannot join the conference in person. Technical details will be announced later. The conference fees for each form will be different. In the aftermath of the good news about the vaccines, we are optimistic that, by early September 2021, the coronavirus pandemic will be under control and travel restrictions will have been lifted so that Symposium participants will be able to join in face-to-face, if they so wish. If, however, this scenario is not realized, the Symposium will run exclusively online. The final decision will be made by May 30th, 2021.

Notes

Full and Student Registration fees include:  Access to the Symposium, registration bag, badge & package, dinners for the duration of the Symposium (except for the last day), wine/ beer or soft drinks consumption during meals as well as coffee breaks with refreshments. Last but not least in includes likely transportation to dinner locations.

* Students (PhD & MSc) must provide documentation proving registered Student status if asked.
